Allowing sweat to gather on the hair area in the armpit promotes the growth of bacteria responsible for unpleasant or bad odours.

Caffeine intake: Taking too much of substances that contain caffeine can cause overstimulation of the central nervous system, thereby leads to the release of adrenaline into the body and raise the internal temperature which can cause the body to sweat. Reduce your intake of caffeine.

Meditation: Performing meditation is one of the best natural ways to control excessive sweating because they calm the nerves and reduce sweat production. It works well when one is stressed out or feeling uneasy.

Water: It is good to drink a lot of water. Water flush out excess minerals, toxins and waste. This enables the body to maintain a low or normal body temperature and produces less sweat. Engage in water therapy, that is drinking 6 - 8 cups of water daily to reduce sweating.

Eat fruits and vegetable: The body needs a lot of nutrients with low-fat oil to reduce sweating. So, eat a lot of fresh fruits like oranges, watermelons, apples, and cherries. Also take vegetables like salad, bitter leaf and so on. Eating red meat, fish and eggs are also good.

Regular bath: Bathing regularly with cold water is essential to the body. Use antibacterial soaps to clean the body. This will keep the body fresh and ensure reduced sweating and an odourless smell.
Acupuncture: This is one ancient technique that works well. It targets specific body parts to balance body parts and also enable relaxation of the brain by controlling the hypothalamus which leads to reduced sweating.

Antiperspirant: The use of original antiperspirants on the armpit can control sweating. Just make sure to buy quality antiperspirants.

Natural supplements: You can take natural supplements that contain Vitamin C and E, Vitamin B complex, essential fatty acids and zinc e.t.c. All these supplements can be used to control excessive sweating. N.B. Seek your doctors advises on the use of these supplements.

Sugary and spicy foods: Sugary and spicy foods deposit substances that enable excessive sweating in the body. You should drink tomato juice as it helps to reduce sweating.
